I don't just write mortgages here, I live here. This is where I keep track of the events, causes, and local partners I'm proud to be part of around Georgetown, Acton, and across Halton Hills.
A mortgage is a local thing. The lender might be national, but the house is on a street you know, in a town you care about. I've always thought the broker should be local too.
So here's where I show up. Chamber events, a food drive, a fall fair booth, a team I sponsor. Some of it ties back to mortgages. Most of it doesn't. It's just the work of being part of an amazing community. Filter by what you're interested in below.
And if you're putting down roots here too, I've written a couple of guides for locals: buying your first home in Georgetown and what a mortgage renewal looks like in Halton Hills this year.
Events, charitable work, sponsorships, and the local partners I work alongside. Updated as things come up.
My third annual Thanksgiving food drive for the Georgetown Bread Basket, and the biggest one yet. A huge thank you to everyone who donated. Closing a mortgage is a good week for a family. Not everyone's having one, and this is a small way to help even that out heading into the holidays.
Proud to join the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce for the ribbon cutting and renovation launch at Timeless Salon & Spa in Georgetown. Supporting local business is exactly what the Chamber, and being a local broker, is all about.
A great Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours night at Briskit BBQ in Georgetown. Real networking, real local business owners, and some seriously good barbecue.
A proud member. The Chamber connects local business owners, and a good chunk of my self-employed clients are people I first met at a Chamber table. Local business, local lending.

Proud to support the North Halton Twisters. I hosted "Dicey Drives by Kat" at my hole, roll the dice, take your shot. A fun day on the course for a team worth backing.
My LeadTribes Mississauga group put on a free community skate for friends and family. Networking is great, but sometimes you just lace up and have fun together.
If we've crossed paths at an event, or you just want a mortgage agent who's part of your community, let's talk. No obligation.
