katbrazier.com is the personal website of Kat Brazier, Mortgage Agent Level 2, operating under Mortgage Powered Financial Group. The following explains how personal information is collected and used through this site.

• Inquiries. When you contact Kat Brazier through the website — by completing a contact form, booking a call, or sending a message — we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to provide. This information is used solely to respond to your request and provide the assistance you've asked for.
• Booking a consultation. The website links to a third-party scheduling tool (Calendly). Any information submitted through that booking form is subject to Calendly's privacy policy in addition to this policy. Information shared with Kat Brazier through this process is used to prepare for and conduct your consultation.
• Online applications. If you submit a mortgage application through a link on katbrazier.com (such as MortgageBoss/Mortgage Intelligence), the application and data submitted are handled in accordance with that platform's privacy policy and the Mortgage Powered Financial Group privacy practices described in this policy.
